- We connect your accounts and set up the books. Banks and cards hooked up. If you’re behind, we quote catch-up as a flat price before we start.
- Every month, you get the picture. A simple profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash view you can actually read, plus a note if we need a receipt from you.

Connected accounts means banks, cards, and payment processors. Expense band is a typical month. If you’re between packages, we’ll place you. Not included: tax prep, running payroll, fractional CFO work, multi-entity, or complex inventory and job costing. We only use your bank access for bookkeeping.
FAQ
What software do you use?
We handle the bookkeeping software for you. We work in Digits or QuickBooks Online, whichever fits. You don’t have to learn it or live in it. You get a clear picture each month.
Do you work with restaurants?
Yes, when the books are a fit. Tips, sales, and bank feeds are normal. Heavy inventory systems or complicated cost tracking may not be. We’ll tell you honestly after a quick look.
Is tax or payroll included?
No. This is books only. On Core and Growth we can pull payroll into the books so the numbers match. Taxes and running payroll stay with your tax person or payroll provider.
What if my books are a mess?
That’s common. We quote catch-up as a flat price before we start, get you current, then keep you current month to month.
How do I know which package fits?
Start with connected accounts and a typical month of expenses. Starter is 1–2 accounts up to about $50k/mo. Core is 3–4 accounts up to about $80k/mo. Growth is 5+ accounts or about $120k+/mo. If you’re in between, tell us and we’ll place you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month. No long-term contract. No setup fee.
Do I have to be local?
No. We work with business owners across western North Carolina and beyond. The work is remote. We don’t need to come on site.
